LAMNS Participates in 2018 GLAMs Summit

Libraries, Archives and Museums Nova Scotia was invited to participate as part of the panel on ‘GLAMs and Community’ at the Taking it to the Next Level: Galleries, Libraries, Archives, and Museums (GLAMS) Summit on January 30, 2018. Andrea Stewart, LAMNS Co-Chair, presented on behalf of LAMNS alongside fellow panel members Heather Kelly with the Bloor St. Culture Corridor and Daphne Wood with the British Columbia GLAM. This was a wonderful opportunity to showcase LAMNS and share our story with colleagues across the country. We are among the early leaders in this type of collaboration and should be very proud of all that has been accomplished to date.  During the session there were a number of tweets on our panel topic at #GLAM2018.

Thank you to Dr. Guy Berthiaume, Librarian & Archivist of Canada, for the invitation to participate in this wonderful event.
