The Preliminary Program for the 2025 LAMNS Conference Is Live!

We’re excited to share a first look at what’s in store for the 2025 Libraries, Archives, and Museums Nova Scotia (LAMNS) ConferenceIntersections: Adaptability, Sustainability, and Community Connections — happening October 2–4 in Halifax/Kjipuktuk.

From hands-on workshops to inspiring case studies, the three-day program brings together cultural professionals from across Nova Scotia and beyond to share practical ideas, innovative approaches, and stories of collaboration across our sectors.

We’re especially thrilled to welcome Leslie Weir, Librarian and Archivist of Canada, as our opening keynote speaker, setting the tone for three days of learning, connection, and inspiration.

Explore the Preliminary Program to see the sessions, speakers, and themes waiting for you — and remember, this is just the beginning! The full program will be updated as presenters confirm and events are finalized, so check back often!
